Create, Concatenate, and Convert NumPy Arrays Then Export Pandas Data Frame As CSV

The goal of this was to generate a data frame that emulates student grades with a mean of 84. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this, but I wanted to mess around with a few different NumPy and Pandas functions. In the future I would like to use scipy.stats.gumbel to see how long tailed distribution looks. Finally, when you export your CSV it is located where ever your python files are saved to. Below is the final code I used as well as the first five rows of the data frame.
